Ushbu maqolada xofman kodlash tizimi yordamida telekommunikatsiya sohasida audio va videolarni samarali uzatish va siqish jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xofman tizimi orqali ma'lumotlarning hajmini kamaytirish, tarmoqdagi uzatish samaradorligini oshirish va yuqori sifatni saqlab qolish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Bunda audio va video signallarini minimal hajmda uzatish orqali tarmoq band kengligini samarali boshqarish, sifatni yo‘qotmasdan uzatishni ta'minlash kabi muammolar va ularni hal etish usullari yoritilgan. Maqola, shuningdek, xofman tizimining telekommunikatsiya tarmoqlarida qo‘llanishi bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni ham o‘z ichiga oladi.
