Mazkur tezisda 18–40 yoshdagi bemorlarda ishemik insult bilan bog‘liq psixoemotsional, uyqu va turmush tarzi omillarining klinik ahamiyati zamonaviy ilmiy dalillar asosida tahlil qilindi. Yosh kattalarda insult etiologiyasi geterogen bo‘lib, arterial gipertenziya, dislipidemiya, chekish va kardial omillar bilan bir qatorda psixosotsial stress, uyqu sifati va xulq-atvor omillari ham individual xavf profilini shakllantirishda ahamiyat kasb etishi mumkin. Tahlil yosh bemorlarda an’anaviy va noan’anaviy modifikatsiyalanadigan omillarni birgalikda baholash profilaktik strategiyalarni individuallashtirish uchun muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
