Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalarida uchraydigan surunkali stress holatlari hamda imtihon topshirish jarayonining yurak-qon tomir tizimi faoliyatiga, xususan arterial qon bosimi va yurak urish tezligiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida talabalarning akademik yuklamasi, bilimlarni baholash jarayonidagi psixoemotsional zo‘riqish, vaqt tanqisligi va yuqori natijalarga erishishga bo‘lgan intilish stress omillarining kuchayishiga sabab bo‘lmoqda. Surunkali stress organizmning adaptatsion imkoniyatlarini pasaytirib, vegetativ nerv tizimi faoliyatida o‘zgarishlar yuzaga keltiradi hamda yurak-qon tomir tizimining funksional ko‘rsatkichlariga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot davomida talabalar organizmida imtihon oldi va imtihon vaqtida kuzatiladigan fiziologik o‘zgarishlarning mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Stress gormonlari – adrenalin, noradrenalin va kortizol sekretsiyasining ortishi natijasida periferik qon tomirlar tonusi oshishi, sistolik va diastolik arterial bosim ko‘rsatkichlarining ko‘tarilishi hamda yurak qisqarishlari sonining tezlashishi kuzatilishi qayd etilgan. Shuningdek, uzoq muddatli psixoemotsional zo‘riqishning talabalar salomatligi, o‘quv faoliyati samaradorligi va kelajakdagi kardiovaskulyar xavf omillari shakllanishidagi o‘rni baholangan. Maqolada stress darajasi bilan arterial qon bosimi va puls ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinib, imtihon davrida ushbu ko‘rsatkichlarning sezilarli darajada o‘zgarishi mumkinligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan. Talabalarda surunkali stressning oldini olish, psixologik moslashuv mexanizmlarini mustahkamlash, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish va stressni boshqarish usullarini amaliyotga joriy etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari talabalarning jismoniy va ruhiy salomatligini saqlash, o‘quv jarayonini optimallashtirish hamda stress bilan bog‘liq yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari rivojlanishining oldini olishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
