GAMIFIKATSIYANING PSIXOLOGIK-PEDAGOGIK MEXANIZMLARI VA TA’LIMIY AFZALLIKLARI

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda gamifikatsiyaning ta’lim jarayonidagi psixologik-pedagogik mohiyati, uning o‘quvchilarning motivatsiyasi, faolligi, kognitiv ishtiroki va o‘quv natijalariga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, gamifikatsiyaning ta’limiy afzalliklari, ya’ni ichki motivatsiyani kuchaytirish, refleksiya va o‘z-o‘zini nazorat qilishni rivojlantirish, hamkorlik muhitini shakllantirish, ta’lim jarayonini individuallashtirish hamda o‘zlashtirish samaradorligini oshirishdagi o‘rni ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, gamifikatsiya oddiy “o‘yinlashtirish” emas, balki puxta pedagogik loyihalash asosida tashkil etilganda o‘quvchi ehtiyojlari, qiziqishlari va psixologik xususiyatlariga mos ravishda ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshiruvchi kuchli vosita hisoblanadi. Shu bilan birga, gamifikatsiyaning natijadorligi undan qanday foydalanilishiga bog‘liq bo‘lib, noto‘g‘ri qurilgan mukofot tizimi ba’zan yuzaki faollikni kuchaytirishi mumkinligi ham qayd etiladi.
