Abstract

Mazkur maqolada antibiotikrezistent bakteriyalarning paydo bo‘lish mexanizmlari, ularning tarqalish dinamikasi hamda zamonaviy tibbiyot tizimiga ko‘rsatayotgan global tahdidi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Antibiotiklar kashf etilishi tibbiyotda inqilobiy burilish yasagan bo‘lsa-da, ularning noto‘g‘ri va nazoratsiz qo‘llanilishi natijasida bakteriyalarning chidamlilik (rezistentlik) xususiyatlari ortib bormoqda. Bugungi kunda ko‘plab patogen mikroorganizmlar bir nechta antibiotik guruhlariga nisbatan barqarorlikni rivojlantirgan bo‘lib, bu infeksion kasalliklarni davolash samaradorligini sezilarli darajada kamaytirmoqda. Maqolada bakterial rezistentlikning genetik va biokimyoviy mexanizmlari, jumladan fermentativ inaktivatsiya, nishon strukturalarining o‘zgarishi, effluks pompalar faolligi hamda biofilm hosil bo‘lishi kabi jarayonlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sog‘liqni saqlash tizimida antibiotiklarni noo‘rin qo‘llash, o‘z-o‘zini davolash, veterinariya amaliyotida keng foydalanish va kasalxona infeksiyalari rezistent shtammlarning shakllanishida asosiy omillar sifatida ko‘rib chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalari antibiotikrezistent bakteriyalar global sog‘liqni saqlash xavfsizligiga tahdid solayotganini, ularning tarqalishini cheklash uchun esa kompleks epidemiologik, klinik va farmakologik yondashuv zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
