Abstract

This article explores effective strategies for increasing women’s participation in STEM fields, including science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. In recent years, the development of innovative technologies and the digital economy has increased the global demand for qualified specialists in STEM areas. However, despite ongoing educational reforms and gender equality initiatives, women remain underrepresented in many STEM-related disciplines and professions. The study examines the major social, educational, and psychological factors influencing female participation in STEM education and professional careers.
