Abstract

This article develops an original theoretical and methodological approach to dual education as a strategic mechanism for transforming human capital in emerging economies. The study introduces two innovative analytical constructs—the Triple Synchronization Framework (TSF) and the Adaptive Skill Resilience Index (ASRI)—to evaluate sustainability, technological relevance, and labor market adaptability of dual systems. The paper argues that next-generation dual education must integrate predictive labor analytics, regional economic specialization, and lifelong modular pathways to remain competitive under Industry 4.0 conditions.
