Mazkur tezisda elektron to‘lov tizimlarining joriy etilishi natijasida banklar va chakana savdo sohasida yuzaga kelayotgan iqtisodiy muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli to‘lov infratuzilmasining rivojlanishi bilan bir qatorda texnologik, moliyaviy va institutsional cheklovlar mavjud bo‘lib, ular to‘lov tizimlarining samaradorligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Tadqiqotda mazkur muammolarning asosiy yo‘nalishlari aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish zarurati asoslab beriladi.
