MAKTAB YOSHIDAGI BOLALARDA QOMAT BUZILISHINING OLDINI OLISHDA JISMONIY TARBIYA MASHG‘ULOTLARINING PEDAGOGIK IMKONIYATLARI

Maqolada maktab yoshidagi bolalarda qomat buzilishining oldini olishda jismoniy tarbiya mashg‘ulotlarining pedagogik imkoniyatlari yoritiladi. Zamonaviy ta’lim sharoitida o‘quvchilarning uzoq vaqt o‘tirib qolishi, harakat faolligining kamayishi va noto‘g‘ri harakat stereotiplari qomat holatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi tahlil qilinadi. Jismoniy tarbiya darslarini profilaktik yo‘nalishda tashkil etish, postural savodxonlikni shakllantirish, mushak “korseti”ni mustahkamlovchi va moslashuvchanlikni oshiruvchi mashqlarni tizimli qo‘llashning samarali mexanizmlari asoslanadi. Shuningdek, dars jarayoniga qisqa “harakatli tanaffuslar”, o‘yin elementlari, muvozanat va koordinatsiyani rivojlantiruvchi topshiriqlarni kiritish, o‘qituvchi–ota-ona–tibbiy xodim hamkorligi orqali nazorat va maslahat tizimini yo‘lga qo‘yish taklif etiladi. Natijada, jismoniy tarbiya mashg‘ulotlari nafaqat jismoniy sifatlarni rivojlantirish, balki to‘g‘ri qomat madaniyatini tarbiyalashning ham samarali pedagogik vositasi ekanligi ko‘rsatiladi.
