Abstract

In the digital age, the integration of technology in English language teaching (ELT) has emerged as a transformative approach to enhance learning outcomes and engagement. This article explores the multifaceted role of technology in ELT, examining tools such as interactive software, online resources, and mobile applications that facilitate language acquisition. We discuss the benefits of technology, including increased access to authentic materials, personalized learning experiences, and opportunities for collaborative interaction among learners. Additionally, we address potential challenges, such as the digital divide and the need for teacher training, to ensure effective implementation. By highlighting innovative practices and case studies, this article aims to provide educators with actionable strategies for integrating technology into their teaching methodologies, ultimately fostering a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment for English language learners.
