Abstract

This article explores the relationship between pedagogy and motivation, focusing on the theories and strategies that enhance student motivation in educational settings. Motivation is a crucial factor that influences students’ engagement, persistence, and overall academic performance. By examining various motivational theories, including intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, self-determination theory, and goal theory, this paper highlights how pedagogical approaches can be adapted to foster a motivating learning environment.
