Improving the educational process using computer and digital technologies is becoming more and more popular. The widespread use and rapid development of mobile technologies ensure their wider involvement in the educational process. Many educational institutions of the world use mobile technologies to play educational multimedia web resources, provide quick access to educational sites, and organize communication between teachers and students. This article provides an overview of the problems and prospects of m-learning, the advantages and practical applications of mobile learning, and the types of mobile technologies in education.
