Abstract

Термин «сахарный диабет» (СД) объединяет группу синдромов, для которых характерны гипергликемия, нарушенный метаболизм липидов, углеводов и белков и высокий риск осложнений, связанный с поражением сосудов. Сахарный диабет и нарушение толерантности к глюкозе не только встречаются сами по себе, но и сопутствуют многим заболеваниям - так называемый вторичный сахарный диабет
