Медицинское образование направлено на подготовку врачей с широким спектром навыков, которые в конечном итоге позволят им оказывать медицинскую помощь пациентам и помогают оценить основные характеристики профессиональной компетентности.Эмоциональная коммуникативная компетентность являются важнейшими навыками медицинских работников в их работе с пациентами. Эти компетенции помогают врачам устанавливать взаимопонимание с пациентами, эффективно общаться и оказывать соответствующую эмоциональную поддержку.
