Ushbu iImiy maqolada gastronomiya soʻzining kelib chiqish tarixi, gastronomiya tushunchasining qoʻllanilishi hamda uning nazariy tadqiqi haqda yoritilgan.Gastronomiya fani barcha sohalarda, shuningdek inson hayotida naqadar ahamiyatli ekanligi haqida ham soʻz boradi.
