Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta'lim muassasalarini boshqarishdagi yo'l qo'yiladigan xatolar va ularning yechimlari tahlil qilinadi. Maktabgacha ta'lim tizimining samarali ishlashi, bola rivojlanishi va ta'lim sifatiga katta ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Biroq, boshqaruvda malakali kadrlarning yetishmasligi, infratuzilmaning zaifligi, boshqaruvning noaniqligi va ota-onalar bilan hamkorlikning pastligi kabi muammolar mavjud. Ushbu maqolada bu xatolarni tahlil qilib, ularni bartaraf etish uchun malaka oshirish, resurslarni ta'minlash, aniq boshqaruv strategiyalarini joriy etish va ota-onalar bilan hamkorlikni kuchaytirish kabi yechimlar taklif etilgan. Maqola maktabgacha ta'lim tizimining samarali boshqarilishi va ta'lim sifatini oshirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalarni o'z ichiga oladi.
