This article explores the challenges and solutions associated with group work in English Language classes. Group work is commonly used in language education as it fosters collaboration, communication and the development of languageĀ skills. However, students often face various obstacles, including communication barriers, unequal participations and difficulties in time management. This article reviews these challenges and offers practical solutions for improving group work, ensuring that students actively engage and benefit from the experience. By establishing clear guidelines, encouraging active participation, promoting effective communication strategies, and fostering an inclusive environment, group work can become an effective tool for enhancing language proficiency. This study aims to guide both students and educators in creating more productive and meaningful group work experience.
