Abstract

The article addresses the problem of assessing university students’ readiness for inclusive educational activity. Readiness is interpreted as an integrative personal and professional formation that includes motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity and personal-reflexive components. For each component, criteria and observable indicators are specified; four levels of readiness (low, basic, sufficient and high) are described. A diagnostic toolkit is substantiated that combines standardized international instruments (SACIE-R, TEIP, MATIES), knowledge tests, case tasks, observation during teaching practice, portfolio and reflective self-assessment, together with a procedure for calculating an integral readiness index. The proposed approach can be used to monitor the professional training of future teachers and psychologists and to design individual development trajectories.
