Azaldan, talabalarning ilm olishga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasi ta`lim jarayoni samaradorligi poydevori bo‘lib kelgan . Ushbu maqolada oliy ta`lim muassasalari talabalarining ilm o‘rganishga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasini oshirishning turli usullari to‘g‘risida fikrlar ilgari suriladi, motivatsiyaning talaba faoliyati va muvaffaqiyatlariga ta`sir doirasi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, bir qancha olimlar tomonidan bildirilgan fikr-mulohazalar va yondushuvlarining mohiyati ochib berishga harakat qilinadi.
