Abstract

This article is based on the analysis of modern scientific publications devoted to the pathophysiological basis of hemophilia, its clinical presentation, and the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies applied in contemporary hematology. Particular attention is paid to the molecular basis of coagulation factor deficiency, the classification of bleeding severity, laboratory diagnostic algorithms, and the potential application of advanced replacement and gene therapies in the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
