THE EFFECTS OF USING AUTHENTIC VIDEO MATERIALS IN TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES

This article discusses the educational impact of using real videos for teaching foreign language the advantages and consequences of authentic video materials and language learning and teaching. Video materials can have a positive effect on learning not only language but also foreign culture. These types of materials activate attention and memory, help to improve pronunciation and intonation, increase motivation, help to be interactive, help to increase speaking and speech skills and vocabulary.
