PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS AND THEORETICAL APPROACHES OF PEDAGOGICAL RELATIONSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the psychological mechanisms of pedagogical communication and professional adaptation and the theoretical approaches that explain them. The role of pedagogical communication in the educational process, its importance in the formation of interpersonal relationships, and its impact on the effectiveness of pedagogical activity are highlighted. The psychological factors of the process of professional adaptation, including motivation, reflection, communicative competence, emotional stability, and mechanisms of socio-psychological adaptation, are also considered. The article analyzes the interrelationship of pedagogical communication and professional adaptation based on activity theory, humanistic approach, social-cognitive theory, and competency approach. The results of the study show that psychological mechanisms are important in ensuring the professional development of teachers, the quality of education, and effective pedagogical activity.
