Abstract

Zamonaviy jamiyatda yoshlar orasida stress darajasining ortib borishi global miqyosdagi dolzarb muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Ta’lim jarayonining intensivlashuvi, ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning keng tarqalishi, iqtisodiy va psixologik bosimlarning kuchayishi yoshlar ruhiy salomatligiga sezilarli darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Stress nafaqat psixologik holatni, balki organizmning fiziologik funksiyalarini ham buzib, mehnat qobiliyatining pasayishi, diqqat va xotira buzilishi, uyqu sifatining yomonlashuvi hamda psixosomatik kasalliklar rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Mazkur maqolada stressning zamonaviy yoshlar hayotidagi o‘rni, uning kelib chiqish sabablari hamda psixogigiyenik yondashuvlar asosida oldini olish va boshqarish usullari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, psixogigiyena fanining asosiy tamoyillari — ruhiy muvozanatni saqlash, stressga chidamlilikni oshirish, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish va ijtimoiy moslashuvni kuchaytirish masalalari yoritiladi. Ta’lim muassasalari, oila va jamiyatning yoshlar psixologik salomatligini mustahkamlashdagi roli ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, stressni boshqarish bo‘yicha psixogigiyenik yondashuvlarni yoshlar orasida keng joriy etish ularning nafaqat ruhiy barqarorligini oshiradi, balki ijtimoiy faolligi va akademik samaradorligini ham yaxshilaydi. Shu sababli, stress profilaktikasi va psixogigiyena masalalari zamonaviy tibbiyot va pedagogikaning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida qaralishi lozim.
