This thesis examines the development of the Uzbek Human–AI Compass Framework for responsible chatbot integration in tourism, education, museums, and public service sectors. The research explores how artificial intelligence chatbots can be integrated into Uzbek society while maintaining ethical responsibility, cultural sensitivity, human-centered communication, and data security. The study proposes a strategic framework that combines technological innovation with national cultural values and sustainable digital development. Particular attention is given to transparency, inclusivity, multilingual communication, cybersecurity, and human oversight in AI systems [1]. The findings demonstrate that responsible chatbot integration can improve public services, tourism experiences, and digital accessibility while preserving human control and cultural authenticity [2].
