This study explores an individualized methodology for organizing adaptive physical education (APE) for students with musculoskeletal disorders. The research emphasizes the importance of tailoring physical activity programs to the specific functional abilities, health conditions, and rehabilitation needs of each student. Using a combination of pedagogical observation, needs assessment, and adaptive exercise design, the proposed approach aims to improve motor skills, physical fitness, and social inclusion. The findings suggest that individualized APE programs significantly enhance students’ participation, motivation, and overall physical development compared to traditional uniform approaches. The study highlights the role of teachers in implementing flexible, student-centered strategies to ensure effective and inclusive physical education.
