Abstract

This article is based on the analysis of modern scientific publications devoted to the biochemical basis of neurotransmitter function, synaptic transmission, and the pathophysiology of neurological and psychiatric disorders. Particular attention is paid to the molecular mechanisms of neurotransmission, synaptic dysfunction in disease, and the potential application of advanced therapeutic approaches in the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
