ILDIZ KANALLARINI YUVISHDA QO'LLANILADIGAN ERITMALARNING ANTIBAKTERIAL SAMARADORLIGINI QIYOSIY TAHLIL QILISH

Endodontik davolashning muhim bosqichi ildiz kanallarini samarali irrigatsiya qilishdir. Ushbu tadqiqotda natriy gipoxlorit, xlorheksidin diglyukonat, limon kislotasi va vodород peroksid eritmalarining antibakterial samaradorligi qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot in vitro sharoitda 120 ta ekstraktsiya qilingan tish va 80 nafar bemor ishtirokida amalga oshirildi. Mikrobiologik tahlil uchun Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus va Candida albicans shtammlari ishlatildi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, 5,25% natriy gipoxlorit eng yuqori antibakterial faollikka ega bo'lib (98,4±1,2%), undan keyin 2% xlorheksidin diglyukonat (94,7±1,8%) va 17% EDTA + 10% limon kislotasi kombinatsiyasi (89,3±2,4%) keladi. Klinik sinovlar irrigatsiya eritmalari samaradorligi laboratoriya ma'lumotlari bilan korrelyatsiya qilishini tasdiqladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ildiz kanallarini yuvish uchun optimal eritmalar tanlovida ilmiy asoslangan yondashuvni talab qiladi va endodontik davolash samaradorligini oshirish uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
