ORTODONTIK DAVOLASHDA TISH QATORLARINING RELAPSINI OLDINI OLISH: RETENSIYA USULLARINING SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH

Abstract

Ortodontik davolashning muvaffaqiyati nafaqat tishlarni to‘g‘rilashga, balki ularning olingan pozitsiyasini saqlashga ham bog‘liqdir. Tish qatorlarining relapsi — davolashdan keyin tishlarning dastlabki notekis holatiga qaytishi — ortodontik amaliyotdagi eng keng tarqalgan va murakkab muammolardan biridir. Ushbu maqolada tish qatorlarining relapsini oldini olishda qo‘llaniladigan retensiya usullari, ularning klinik samaradorligi va nazariy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Retensiya jarayoni, shaxsiy xususiyatlar, tish harakatining biologik va biomekanik mexanizmlari hamda davolashdan keyingi davrda yuzaga keladigan mushak va yumshoq to‘qima ta’siri chuqur o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, aniq retensiya usuli tanlashda bemorning yoshi, tishlarning boshlang‘ich holati, ortodontik muammolar turi va davolash davomiyligi kabi omillar e’tiborga olinadi. Klinika amaliyotida qattiq (fixed) va yumshoq (removable) retainerlar, shuningdek, kombinatsiyalangan yondashuvlar samaradorligi, ularning afzalliklari va kamchiliklari batafsil muhokama qilinadi. Mazkur maqola retensiya usullarini tanlashda dalillarga asoslangan yondashuvni qo‘llash, relaps xavfini minimallashtirish va ortodontik davolash natijalarining uzoq muddatli barqarorligini ta’minlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi. Shunday qilib, ortodontik retensiya samaradorligini baholash va individual davolash strategiyasini ishlab chiqish bemorning estetik va funksional natijalarini sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi.
