This paper explores the changing role of teachers in the 21st-century classroom, where rapid technological development and global changes have transformed traditional teaching approaches. The paper also discusses innovative teaching methods, such as blended learning, flipped classrooms, and project-based activities, which encourage active participation and learner autonomy. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of teacher–student collaboration in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
