Abstract

Private entrepreneurship is a critical driver of economic growth, innovation, and employment in Uzbekistan. Efficient utilization of infrastructure—including physical, digital, institutional, and sustainable resources—enhances entrepreneurial performance, market access, and competitiveness. This paper examines methods of using infrastructure to support SMEs, integrating statistical data, comparative analysis, and international examples. The study provides actionable recommendations for policymakers and entrepreneurs to maximize infrastructure benefits.
