Abstract

Sports are important not only for physical, but also for spiritual and social development in human life. By engaging in sports activities, people have the opportunity to maintain health, increase physical strength and express themselves in the best possible way. At the same time, sports play a major role not only in physical development, but also in the development of psychological and social skills of a person, since they require certain social rules, struggle and cooperation. Through sports, students and young people learn to express themselves with their goals, efforts and successes, as well as to work together with team members. In addition, sports play an important role in educating many social and cultural values. It teaches a person such qualities as moral education, justice, hard work and solidarity. As a result of sports, people have the opportunity to share their achievements, strengthen mutual respect, and also make new friends. Therefore, sports directly affect not only the development of the body, but also the personal and social development of a person.
