Mazkur tezisda turistik xizmatlar sifatini boshqarishda zamonaviy metodologik yondashuvlarning ahamiyati, qo‘llanish doiralari va samaradorligi yoritilgan. Turizm sohasidagi raqobatning ortishi sifatni strategik boshqarishni talab qilmoqda. Shu bois, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), va ISO standarti kabi metodologiyalarni qo‘llash orqali xizmat sifatini tizimli ravishda oshirish imkoniyati tahlil qilinadi.
