Abstract

The evolution of work models, particularly remote and hybrid work, has transformed management practices in the modern workplace. This paper explores the impact of remote and hybrid work models on employee productivity, organizational culture, leadership, and business performance. The study examines how companies are adapting to these models, the challenges they face, and strategies to optimize their implementation. The paper concludes with recommendations for businesses to enhance remote and hybrid work effectiveness through digital transformation, employee engagement, and policy adaptation.
