EDUCATION OF JUVENILE CONVICTS IN PENITENTIARY INSTITUTIONS: INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

In the thesis, the author analyzes the issues related to the right of juvenile prisoners serving sentences in correctional institutions to receive education. Additionally, the thesis examines international standards and the experiences of developed foreign countries regarding the implementation of prisoners’ right to education.
